V8 Race Drive - Hot Laps Experience !!

Itinerary for the V8 Hot Lap Experience:

Your time with us begins at our Corporate Meeting Room, with a refreshing coffee or tea with some savoury biscuits. We break you in gently by showing you some footage of World Rally Cars in action around the world, and follow this with an explanation of some of the technical side of how Rally Cars work, and just how they can do what they do. During questions that are asked by our clients, we are able to put some of the myths of this sensational sport to rest.

We have chosen the second option.

The day begins at the Race Track, and starts in our V8 Conference Room, where you will learn some tricks of the trade of V8 Race Car driving, and get a real feel for the skills used in everyday Race Driving.

Then it’s onto the Race track for some real V8 Race Car action!! You drive full-on high-horsepower V8 Race Cars, with one of our very friendly V8 Instructors that have history with V8’s, and are active in Motorsport.

You will drive one of our V8 Race Cars for 15 laps of one of the most exciting Race Tracks in Australia !!. The track goes up and down a hill, has a hairpin on it, and is undulating all the way round !!.......Awesome!

During your time driving a V8 Race Car on the main section of track, you will get serious with the car and get a real feel for real V8 circuit racing is all about.

You can also arrange to purchase what many people consider to be the highlight of the 15 lap V8 Race Car Experience, which is a totally off the dial, flat out "Hot Lap" driven by one of our many V8 Race Driving professionals. Feel the power and braking! - Simply Awesome

Locations:

Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth

Duration:

Your driving experience will commence at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. 1 p.m., or 3 p.m.

Restrictions:

No age restriction and no driving licence are required.

Availability:

The experience is available mainly on weekends and is entirely subject to suitable weather conditions. Please book a minimum 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Spectators:

Family and friends are encouraged to join us, as we have plenty of land to stretch out in! They can also go mad with the camera as there are a lot of photo opportunities too.

V8 Race Drive - 5 Laps Experience !!

Itinerary for the 5 lap ( Half Day ) V8 Race Experience:

Jump to the next level now, and find out just how to drive a V8 Race Car to success. Learn how to heel-and-toe, brake late and how to pick your racing line. This course is available to all graduates of the 15 Lap V8 Race Car Experience, and you are now invited to come and put your skills to the test during this Advanced level V8 Race Drive Half Day.

This course allows you to further your V8 brake control techniques, V8 cornering techniques and your throttle usage techniques. These are the three main areas that we will be pushing you on, during an absolutely mind blowing day of V8 exhilaration and excitement where you and a few others will indulge and enjoy the ultimate in what V8 Racing can offer. You will learn more of the real skills that really start you on your road to V8 racing as a career.

The V8 Race Competence course is really where you begin to move from just enthusiasm to a semi professional V8 Race Car Driver, as it is the course where you will really start to understand why our V8 Race Cars do what they do and how you can control them in all conditions.

During your time with us we will spend an hour or so covering more in-depth theory, and we will also touch on tyre compounds, brake pad compounds, and how they work.

The course is a Half Day course and is extremely action packed and some people find it very tiring too!! It is often the case that drivers may experience some fatigue – But we won’t let you stop; we just keep pushing you into having more fun and learning more, all in a very safe V8 Driving environment.

Teaching Car ControlIt is also a day of big learning, as the course does involve a little Team Management information as well, although if you have a team manager in mind, we can teach them separately on another day where you can come along too (on the team manager only course).

The day basically furthers your skills in the three areas of V8 Race Car throttle technique, V8 steering technique and V8 brake usage technique. So come along and really get to grips with V8 Racing so you can move onto the next level. It really is an eye opener, and for those that can employ the technique of “left foot braking” we can also allow you to do that and further your skills in that area too.

Once again from a course like this, you will take a great deal away with you for your general road driving abilities and you will advance to yet another high level in car control.
