Extreme Driving reserves the right to charge a 15% cancellation and/or postponement fee for bookings cancelled or changed inside a 14 day period before a booking is to be honoured.
If a booking is made and is not honoured by the client, Extreme Driving reserves the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee and the forfeiture of the booking completely, i.e.: client can not rebook the booking, they will need to purchase a new gift certificate or make a new booking.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and are valid for a maximum of 6 months from date of purchase.
Extreme Driving has a no refund policy and takes no responsibility for clients not honouring bookings simply because they do not feel like attending on the day, do not like the look of the cars, weather, or for cars becoming unserviceable on the day (which can happen), waiting your turn, etc. (See our “Drama Guarantee” below)
Drama Guarantee: We assure you that rain falls occasionally, vehicles can break, instructors can be ill and/or unavailable, and that world events can postpone a day. We guarantee that you will not drive all day, and you will wait for your turn. A wait of an hour or more may precede a hot lap ride and the exact vehicle may differ from any photo shown, as we rotate vehicles nationwide.
Exceptions to the above guideline can be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
