The Earthmoving Experience

Your chance to come along and experience a little of what it takes to drive big machinery. Your course begins with an instructional session on basic control of all three machines, and then we will take you to our wide open cleared area of the track, and teach you how to drive all of these machines. The earthmoving experience begins with an opportunity to move levers, pump pedals, lift buckets and move earth from one location to another!! You get the chance to be the road builder, the block leveller, the real earthmoving dude.

We will start with the excavator, which is a machine that is designed for moving earth from the front and then from the back. You get the opportunity to move earth from 360°  round and go and place it in a big truck and take it away. Then it is onto the backhoe and then your opportunity to drive the bobcat and learn what makes these bobcats lift their bucket, empty their bucket and slide sideways as they so often do!!
The bobcat is probably on of the most commonly known pieces of earthmoving equipment and therefore probably the most fun. Feel like you are on “The Block” building your dream home.
This gives you the opportunity to learn machinery driving at its best. This is initially a thrill seeking course, although you can come along and do our accredited course later and become fully skilled.
You can gain the work safety kit to drive these vehicles professionally. It is not for the faint hearted but definitely for the person wanting more out of their life, ideal for a gift voucher and we hope to see you there!
