We’re situated only 15 minutes away from the Hunter Valley ’s famous Cypress Lakes Resort, so Golf / Gourmet / Wine days or weekends can easily be incorporated into our Executive Rally Driving program.
We also have full conference facilities on site for up to 40 people; many clients do a morning work session with an afternoon rally drive to round off the day. All it costs is $1,000 per person per day (plus GST; minimum 10 people). Corporate Tax concessions could make it even more affordable.
Here's what happens on an actual Executive Rally Driving day
The 10 participants arrive at our Rally centre in the Hunter Valley by 9.15am where tea / coffee is waiting.
Then, basic rallying instruction is given in our conference centre using videos and skilled rally driving instructors.
After that it’s out to the track for the morning session where you drive two fully equipped Rally Driving cars; a 4WD Turbo and a 2WD. This is on an open, cleared area, with lots of ‘sideways driving’
Break for a buffet lunch, and review the morning’s activities with our instructors, using video to highlight specific areas.
After lunch, it’s into the fully equipped cars again, and onto our 3km professional Rally circuit for the real thing.
And finally, you have a ‘Hot Lap’ ride with one of our instructors at ‘full on’ rally speed.
At 4.30pm the day concludes, but remember, the Cypress Lakes luxury resort is only 15 minutes away.

Additional ‘packages’ of 10 people per day on the same day are available by negotiation.
We are fully accredited by the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) and comply with all their safety requirements. In addition, through Lloyds of London, we carry insurance indemnity of AUS$30,000,000.
Should the weather make the day impossible (very unlikely, as mud makes it more fun), an alternative date will be offered at no additional cost.
We can tailor make ‘packages’ with accommodation/Golf/Gourmet food and wine options in association with the Cypress Lakes luxury resort which is only 15 minutes away.
Our on site facilities include a fully equipped conference centre for up to 40 people; some clients like to have a morning work session followed by an afternoon’s Rallying.
Over the 14 years we have been in business (both in and the ), we have provided Rally driving days to over 20,000 clients.
Cost per person per Rally Driving day is $1195 (plus GST). Minimum booking of 10 people. Discounts apply for ‘block bookings’ of 50 or 100 people. These block bookings can be used in units of 10 anytime over a 6 month period from initial purchase.
